Alumni Student Scholarship Drive 2017
Seminarians need your support! Your gifts to Pittsburgh Theological Seminary allow students like these to prepare for ministry without incurring overburdening debt.
From Oct. 16-31, we invite you to make your gift to support student scholarships. The average 2017-2018 Merit Scholarship is $7,632; average need-based package is $14,487 for full-time master's-level students who receive tuition grants, housing grants, and/or work-support. This amount does not include students who also receive a Merit Scholarship in addition to the need-based aid. Fifty-five percent of the 2017 Master's class graduated debt-free of seminary education loans. The average amount of seminary indebtedness for the 2017 graduating class was $22,347.
Our alumnae/i giving goal through May 31, 2018, is $150,000! We hope to raise $10,000 by Oct. 31.
Please share this giving opportunity on your social networks to encourage fellow alums to also support Pittsburgh Seminary as we prepare students for ministry in the way of Jesus.
